If You Could See What I Hear is a story centered around Tom Sullivan, a young college student who is your typical male. He pursues the opposite sex, enjoys concocting student hijinks that he and his buddy ensue on unknowing victims and he has a passion for life. He puts most of his energy into music as a pianist and singer even though he is blind.

As he continues to grow as a man, he realizes that most people try to remain open to his condition, but due to other's prejudices, he is not always accepted.
