Meanwhile, Malik Bhai's wife, Mariyumma (Srinda), suspects something fishy is going on between Malik Bhai and Catherine and hires a private investigator to spy on them. The investigation leads to a series of misunderstandings, which strain Malik Bhai's relationship with his family and Catherine.

The second half of the movie focuses on Malik Bhai's attempts to reconcile with his family and Catherine, while also trying to prove his innocence to his wife. The climax of the movie is an emotional and heart-touching scene that involves the entire family and Catherine.

The film's music is composed by Gopi Sunder, and the background score is by Bijibal. The song "Njaan" became an instant hit and topped the music charts.
