Richard Abdee is one of the residents of the island and he lives a quiet life. When the job of governor comes open he is offered the position by an evil woman. She has plans and he is part of them, whether he wants to be or not. This movie centers on an evil woman's grab for power. Women at that time were many things but they could not rule an island or be a governor. She has selected her victim.
