Sonia is a suffragette and journalist living in Edwardian Lonon who uncovers information on a secret organization of assassins. She attempts to bring it down by hiring one of its own members to kill the organization's leaer, Ivan Dragomiloff. Dragomiloff finds out about this and decides to use the information for his own ends. The Assassination Bureau was created to only kill morally valid targets, but lately he believes the leadership has become corrupt. Now Sonia and Ivan find themselves traveling through Europe to uncover a conspiracy.
