In an effort to save the Lakeside Water-Ski summer camp, a local camp director rehires Ricky to come and help, hoping he will attract the local teens to the camp. Of course, the campers are going to have to face-off in a winner-takes-all camp style Olympics competition against the stylish campers at a more popular resort owed by a greedy land developer who has his sight sets on Lakeside's land.
