Ricky has a nice little gig going as one of the best and most popular water-ski instructors in the area. In an effort to save the Lakeside Water-Ski summer camp, a local camp director rehires Ricky to come and help, hoping he will attract the local teens to the camp. Of course, the campers are going to have to face-off in a winner-takes-all camp style Olympics competition against the stylish campers at a more popular resort owed by a greedy land developer who has his sight sets on Lakeside's land. Mix in a little Hy-jinx and romance and the table is set for a wild summer.
