Monster High: Ghouls Rule is an animated kids movie for all ghoulish fans. It's the Halloween season for the monsters and humans. All the monsters are warned that around this season humans will try to hunt for them, so they must play it safe. At the human high school, the Monster High symbol of a skull has been painted on the walls. Questions arise from both sides. Holt Hyde is blamed for the portrait but he says, he honestly is not behind the painting. The monsters and human join forces in order to figure out the true meaning behind Halloween. The humans wish to figure out what Halloween means for both sides and the monsters want everyone to know that they do not think they are any better than the humans.
