Watch Night Watch

Night Watch is a 2004 Russian supernatural thriller movie. The film is set in postmodern Moscow, where a group of super powered creatures live beside humans. The city of Moscow is divided between the good forces that live during the days and the vampires and their followers that take over the city at night. The Night Watch is a group of angelic warriors that attempt to reign in the destruction that the vampires reap every night. The film features depictions of the vampires as lust filled parties that enjoy things like street racing, drugs, and partying. The angelic individuals are depicted as angels that attempt to preserve the innocence of humanity. Night Watch was directed by Russian director Timur Bekmambetov. It is based on screenplays that were written by Timur Bekmambetov and Laeta Kalogridis. The film adaptation of Night Watch was done by both of them as well. The film features Konstantin Khabenskiy, Vladimir Menshov, and Mariya Poroshina. Night Watch was filmed in Russian, but there are some versions with English subtitles.
