When a terrorist attack happens in Japan, the political authorities are quick to blame the Air Force. A Japanese police unit that uses giant robots are caught in the middle of the political struggle. With the assistance of a federal agent the police investigation gets closer to the truth. When marshal law is implemented in Japan, the evidence of the attack mysteriously disappears. The team must get to the bottom of the attack before more happen.
