Deepak Sehgal is a long-retired lawyer who no longer practices due to his depression; diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Deepak suffers from constant mood swings. His ailing wife is in constant need of help and he spends most of his days at home. After three girls living in his neighborhood are sexually assaulted and left with few legal options, Deepak decides to come out of retirement and volunteer his services and aid the young women as they move to file suit against the boys who attacked and raped them.
