Qurbani follows the story of a couple of men, who all think they are in love with a cabaret dancer and singer, Shelia. Unknown to each other, friends Rajesh and Amar are both in love with Shelia. Rajesh and Amar set up a job together. This job will allow them to steal millions of dollars and live the lives of their dreams. However, someone plans to throw a wrench in their plans by exposing their love of Shelia to the other one.

They are supposed to split the loot; however, Rajesh ends up framed for murder while Amar escapes with the money and with Shelia.
