A dog, a bird and a frog each help a kindhearted witch retrieve something she has lost. In gratitude--and to the annoyance of her cat--she allows all three of them to ride along on her broom. Their overcrowded ride is burnt to a crisp by a dragon who then threatens to eat the witch. The animals join forces to save her. Together they outwit the dragon by posing as one huge monster.
