Musalaiah leaves his village for 15 years, only to return and find someone else living in his house. The town head sides with the new occupant leaving Musalaiah with nowhere to go. Other occupants of the village voice their stories of the injustices they have faced in dealing with the town head. A newcomer enters town and vows to help the villagers with their problems. He deals with everything from love and romance to murder and corruption. The townspeople decide they need a new person in charge and he should be the one to take over and get their town back in order.
