Muta Mesthri is a political drama film that was released in 1993 in India. A man works at a local market, and has become tired of the mob taking a share of his profits. This leads to him running for office under the banner of cleaning up the system. The man is able to be elected, and he uses a team of soldiers to take down the mafia. However, a scandal involving his wife causes her to commit suicide, and the man leaves his position out of grief. This leads to him taking revenge on his own, and eventually finding himself back in his old position in life.
