Jebu Donga is a 1987 Telugu action-comedy movie that stars Chiranjeevi, Bhanupriya, and Radha in lead roles. The film was directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy and was produced by K. S. Rama Rao under the Creative Commercials banner. The story of Jebu Donga revolves around a village called Bheemli, where the people are terrorized by a fearsome dacoit named Jebu Donga. He is notorious for looting the rich and helping the poor. The villagers consider him a hero and don't complain about his actions. They believe that he is the only one who can protect them from the corrupt government officials and the cruel landlord.

Enter Raju (Chiranjeevi), a Robin Hood wannabe who wants to become a thief like Jebu Donga. He sees Jebu as his role model and wants to make his name in the village by following his footsteps. Raju comes to Bheemli with the intention of joining Jebu's gang, but he meets Radha (Bhanupriya), a village belle, and falls in love with her. Radha is a simple girl who believes in honesty and sincerity, and she is disgusted by Raju's roguish behavior.

Meanwhile, the government officials decide to capture Jebu Donga and put an end to his reign of terror. They hire a team of professional hunters and offer a hefty reward for capturing him. Jebu, who is aware of their plans, decides to surrender himself to the authorities to save his gang members. The villagers are shocked to hear about Jebu's surrender, and they blame Raju for introducing him to the negative aspects of stealing.

Raju, who felt guilty for misleading Jebu, takes it upon himself to clear his name and proves to the villagers that Jebu Donga is not a criminal but a savior who fights for the oppressed. He comes up with a plan to capture the real culprits who are responsible for the villagers' suffering and brings them to the court of law. The climax of the movie features a thrilling showdown between Raju and the hunters, which ends with a heartwarming reunion between Raju, Jebu Donga, and the villagers.

Jebu Donga was a box office success and is considered one of Chiranjeevi's best performances. The movie touched upon themes of social justice, corruption, and poverty, which were prevalent in the 80s. The film's soundtrack, composed by Ilaiyaraaja, was also a hit, with songs like Andam Hindolam and Raa Kommalu becoming instant classics.

In conclusion, Jebu Donga is an entertaining and engaging movie that showcases Chiranjeevi's charisma and acting prowess. The film's message about standing up for what is right and fighting against oppression still holds relevance today, making it a timeless classic.
