Watch Sleeping Bride

A plane crashes in Japan in 1954 killing everyone except one woman who is pregnant. While her unborn daughter lives, the lady dies. The baby girl does not wake up and is in a coma. Her name is Yumi. Her father is wealthy and puts her in a hospital where she can be taken care of for as long as she needs to be. He also offers reward money to anyone who can revive her. Then he leaves to go try to find a cure. Seven years later a boy named Yuichi discovers Yumi after he is admitted to the same hospital.
