Watch Stake Land

In a post-apocalyptic America, cities are mausoleums as feral vampires roam freely attacking survivors of the vampire plague. Small groups band together in an effort to survive, fearing nightfall. Teenager Martin (Connor Paolo) sees his family slaughtered by the bloodsucking vampires. In his quest to survive, Martin meets up with Mister (Nick Damici), an unforgiving vampire hunter. Together, they head north to find New Eden, a place rumored to harbor a better life. The two avoid areas taken by The Brethren, a fundamentalist militia believing the vampire plague to be caused by God.

Along their journey north they meet and collaborate with other survivors that also want to find New Eden. The additional group members orchestrate together to ward off relentless vampire attacks and attacks from Berserkers, a super strong type of vampire. They also encounter a thinking vampire, the first one its kind Mister has encountered. To complicate things further, dangerous ploys by The Brethren harass the group their entire flight north in an attempt to foil the group's plans.
