Due to hard work and low wages, employees at a specific company want to strike against their contract. Best of all, all of these employees have the union behind them. They are all ready for change in more ways than one. However, a young man in the factory does not want to join the strike. He does not believe it is the right thing to do, and he loves his job. This puts this young man face to face with coworkers who want to punch his face in because he does not want to join the strike. At all times, this young man is prepared to stand his ground.
