Nat Turner is a child slave who studies the Bible so when he grows up he can be a preacher to the other slaves. As years go by his master notices his skills, and takes his across the country to profit off of him. While traveling Nat has his eyes opened to the harsh ever growing world of slavery, and decides to lead and uprising in hopes of gaining freedom for not only himself but all slaves. The rebellion is met with violent resistance, but they know that this is their chance to be free and drive change, so for them it is worth the fight.
