"The Blue Villa" is a French language film from the year of 1995. The film is set within a small Greek island populated by Greeks and some Chinese. Nordmann is a scribe and lush, while Sarah is the proprietress of the titular "Blue Villa." Sarah uses the Villa to hide away Santa, while teaching her how to perform a Wagnerian aria. While things are crazy but lax, things grow weirder when Frank comes ashore. Frank is unable to talk but seeks something related to Santa. The chief of police is tasked with sieving away information as Frank gains his senses.
