After spending his entire career tracking sex offenders, government investigator Erroll Babbage is convinced he can sense when they will commit another crime. When a young local girl is abducted, he drags his new partner into an underground world of sexual deviancy to save her. Babbage vows to stop at nothing to find the deranged criminal who kidnapped the girl, but his obsession threatens to consume him and those around him.
