This documentary focuses on the journey that actress Tilda Swinton takes along the path where the infamous Berlin Wall once stood, almost 20 years after it was torn down. She takes the same path she took for a 1988 short film just prior to the wall being taken down. Swinton takes the audience on a fascinating journey that begins at the Brandenburg Gate, and weaves past neighborhoods, checkpoints, fields and lakes to trace where this concrete structure once stood, surrounding West Berlin. Commentary is provided about the reunification efforts currently underway in Germany and how the Wall's demolition affects residents.

The Invisible Frame is a 2010 documentary with a runtime of 1 hour. It has received mostly positive reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.7.
