In the late 1950s, Colin Tennant (Lord Glenconner) bought the Caribbean island of Mustique. There he built a village and a jet-set playground resort. For decades, royals and celebrities such as David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Princess Margaret enjoyed Mustique's lavish parties and sun-drenched pleasures. Then financial woes hit the Scottish aristocrat. He was forced to sell his paradise and was exiled to St. Lucia. The Man Who Bought Mustique is a documentary that follows Lord Glenconner in the year 2000, as he revisits his former island home.
