A British comedy about a mild-mannered man whose job is to carry a sandwich sign around the streets of London. He is also passionate about his hobby, which is pigeon racing. The film follows this slightly eccentric man, who is a widower, as he wanders the avenues of London where he meets funny, zany characters who tend to get him involved in a variety of schemes and capers.
