Watch Wait 'til You're Older

In this Hong Kong fantasy, Kwong is a young boy who is constantly running away from home because he blames his father's new wife for his mother taking her own life three years ago. One day on the way to school, he meets an old man who pours a magic solution down the drain, resulting in a seedling quickly becoming a fully-formed tree the next day. Kwong goes to the old man's house to steal the formula, but the vial breaks and cuts his hand. The next day he is 20 years older, learning the pros and cons of adulthood.
