Western Religion is a 2015 movie set in the wild west during the late 1800s. The movie follows the story of six travelers from different backgrounds who converge on a small town and find themselves confronting a group of outlaws who have taken over the town. One of the travelers, Grace (Danielle Chuchran), is a former prostitute who is looking to start a new life. Another traveler, Billy (Miles Szanto), is a Native American who seeks revenge against the outlaws who killed his family. There is also a former Union soldier named Cullen (Peter Shinkoda), who holds a grudge against the Confederate soldiers who were responsible for his wife's death.

The travelers find themselves at odds with each other due to their different backgrounds and beliefs. However, they band together to take on the outlaws who are terrorizing the town. The outlaws, led by a man named Charon (Claude Duhamel), are extremely violent and are not afraid to kill anyone who gets in their way.

As the travelers work together to save the town from the outlaws, they begin to form relationships with each other and start to understand each other's perspectives. The movie explores themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the power of community.

One of the standout performances in the movie is Claude Duhamel's portrayal of Charon, the leader of the outlaws. Duhamel brings a sense of menace and danger to the character, making him a formidable opponent for the travelers. Louie Sabatasso gives an excellent performance as Josephine, a saloon owner who helps the travelers in their fight against the outlaws. Gary Kohn is also noteworthy as Mayor Sullivan, a man who is struggling to hold onto power in the face of the outlaws' violence.

The cinematography in Western Religion is beautiful, showcasing the rugged beauty of the landscape and the period costumes. The movie has a gritty, realistic feel that immerses the viewer in the world of the wild west. The score, composed by Ben Yonas, is also impressive, bringing a sense of tension and drama to the action scenes.

Overall, Western Religion is an entertaining and engaging movie that will appeal to fans of westerns, action movies, and character-driven dramas. The movie's themes of redemption and forgiveness give it a deeper layer that elevates it beyond a simple action movie.
