This thriller follows the events that surround the murder of a government official. When a prison director is murdered, the police rush to bring the killer to justice. However when his brother does a bit more digging, he uncovers what could be a massive conspiracy undertaken by a drug cartel to protect their interests in the prison underworld. Based on a true story, this film takes the audience to some questionable locations where not everything is exactly what it seems.
