Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines is a 2012 horror movie and the fifth installment in the Wrong Turn series. The movie is directed by Declan O'Brien and was released on DVD and Blu-Ray. The story picks up in the town of Fairlake, West Virginia, where a popular music festival is taking place. The town is filled with tourists who have come to enjoy the music and the festivities but little do they know that they are being watched and stalked by a group of cannibalistic mountain men who are descendants of a group of inbred mountain people.

The movie starts with a prologue that takes place in 1974, where we see a young girl named Maynard being forced by her father to marry one of his inbred sons. She refuses and ends up killing them all with a pitchfork. Maynard is then arrested and sent to an asylum for committing the murders. The story then shifts to the present day, where we see a group of friends traveling to Fairlake for the Mountain Man Music Festival. The group includes a singer named Lita (Roxanne McKee), her boyfriend Gus (Simon Ginty), their friend Billy (Harry Anichkin), and his girlfriend, Cruz (Amy Lennox).

As the group enters the town, they are greeted by Sheriff Angela Carter (Camilla Arfwedson), who warns them about the dangers of the area. She tells them about the legend of the cannibalistic mountain men and advises them to be careful. The group ignores her warnings and continues to party and have fun. Later that night, they get lost on their way back to town and decide to take a shortcut through the woods. This turns out to be a fatal mistake as they soon find themselves being hunted and killed by the mountain men.

Sheriff Carter and her deputy, Mose (Kyle Redmond-Jones), who are searching for a missing person, come across the gruesome scene at the festival and realize that the mountain men are back. They try to warn the remaining festival-goers, but it's too late, as the mountain men have already started their killing spree. The only way to survive is for the group to fight back against the mountain men who are trying to kill them.

The movie is full of gory scenes and has a good blend of suspense and action. The performances by the lead actors are decent, with Camilla Arfwedson stealing the show as the tough and resourceful Sheriff Angela Carter. The special effects are well done, and the movie has a good pace, with no dull moments. The director has done a good job of creating tension and building up the suspense throughout the movie.

The movie also features horror legend Doug Bradley, who is famous for playing the role of Pinhead in the Hellraiser series. Bradley plays the role of Maynard, the mother of the inbred mountain men, and delivers a strong performance in the limited screen time he has.

One of the highlights of the movie is the setting, which creates a perfect backdrop for a horror movie. The woods are dense, and the narrow roads and bridges add to the feeling of claustrophobia and helplessness. The movie also uses the festival setting effectively, by creating a sense of normalcy before turning it into a nightmare.

Overall, Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines is a decent horror movie that delivers what it promises - lots of gore and scares. It may not be the best in the Wrong Turn series, but it's a welcome addition that fans of the genre will enjoy. The movie ends with a hint of a possible sequel, leaving fans wondering if the franchise will continue.

Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines is a 2013 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 31 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.1.
