Zero Tolerance

When veteran FBI agent Jeff Douglas is sent to Mexico to bring the leader of the White Hand Drug cartel back to the United States he never expected that the very cartel he was supposed to be helping to bring down would use threats against his wife and children to turn him into a mule to bring their latest product, an extremely pure liquid form of heroin across the border. When he gives them what they want and later find that his family has been murdered anyway, he decides that the killing and destruction the cartel is known for must stop, and that he is the man to bring an end to it forever.
