Zero Tolerance is a 1994 action-thriller directed by Joseph Merhi, starring Robert Patrick, Titus Welliver, and Mick Fleetwood. The movie follows the story of Jeff, a police officer whose partner is murdered in cold blood during an undercover sting operation in the U.S.-Mexican border. Jeff is devastated by the loss of his partner and friend, and he sets out on a quest to find the killers and avenge his partner's death.

On his mission, Jeff meets a social worker named Kate, played by Kristen Meadows, who is trying to stop the flow of drugs into the United States. She tells Jeff about a drug lord named Molloch, who is responsible for bringing drugs across the border. Jeff realizes that Molloch is the same man who killed his partner and starts to track him down. Along the way, he meets up with a former comrade, a Vietnam veteran named Tyrell, played by Titus Welliver, who is also seeking revenge against Molloch.

As Jeff and Tyrell delve deeper into Molloch's world, they uncover a conspiracy involving corrupt police officers and government officials. The story takes a surprising turn, and Jeff and Tyrell are forced to confront their own demons to bring Molloch down and restore justice to their city.

Robert Patrick delivers a solid performance as Jeff, a tough and dedicated cop on a mission. His chemistry with Titus Welliver, who portrays the haunted Tyrell, is palpable and adds depth to the film. Kristen Meadows also shines in her role as Kate, a compassionate and driven social worker who complements Patrick's character well.

Mick Fleetwood, best known as the drummer and co-founder of Fleetwood Mac, delivers a standout performance as Molloch, the drug lord. Fleetwood's portrayal of the villain is chilling and memorable, and his presence adds an element of gravitas to the film.

The movie is filled with intense action sequences, including car chases, shootouts, and hand-to-hand combat. The fight scenes are well choreographed and add to the excitement of the movie.

The film's production values are top-notch, particularly the cinematography and the score. The cinematography captures the gritty, urban setting of the film, while the score by David Wurst and Frank Harris enhances the mood and tension of the story.

Overall, Zero Tolerance is a solid action-thriller with a compelling story, strong performances, and intense action sequences. It is a must-see for fans of the genre and those who appreciate a well-crafted film.
