Ep 10. Dallas

As the night progresses, Ruby prepares for his final performance, which is the most crucial of their journey. He decides to dedicate the show to AJ and their travels, which he believes helped him rediscover himself. Meanwhile, AJ is having a great time at the bar, socializing with the other patrons and even dancing to the music.

However, things take a dramatic turn when an old enemy shows up at the bar. Ruby Red's ex-boyfriend, Hector, who had swindled them of all their money and left them penniless in the middle of their journey, storms into the bar. He confronts Ruby, who had just gotten offstage, demanding his money back.

In the heat of the moment, Ruby reveals that he had obtained the money to start his drag career by stealing from Hector. The revelation sends Hector over the edge, and he attacks Ruby. The scuffle escalates and involves all the people in the bar, which leads to a massive brawl.

As they leave Dallas, Ruby and AJ reflect on their journey and how much they had learned about themselves and each other. Along the way, they had been robbed, lied to, and betrayed, but they never lost hope. The two had discovered true friendship, and through their adventure, they found what it really means to be a family and to live life to its fullest.

The first season of AJ and the Queen ends with a message about resilience and perseverance. In the face of adversity and challenges, Ruby and AJ never lost their positive outlook or their ability to have fun.
