However, he is a liability since he hasn't mastered his own ability yet. Atsushi has a unique ability that allows him to transform into a were-tiger, but he has no control over it.

The agency gets their first case when a businessman's daughter is kidnapped by a group called the "Guild". The Guild is another organization that rivals the Port Mafia, and they have supernatural powers as well. The agency decides to investigate the case by tailing a member of the Guild.

During the stakeout, Atsushi and Dazai end up in a fight with the Guild member. The fight scenes are intense and show off the unique abilities of the characters. Dazai's ability to cancel out powers is especially useful in this fight. Atsushi transforms into his were-tiger form for the first time during the fight, but he loses control and goes on a rampage. He is eventually calmed down by Dazai.

The agency follows the Guild member to a warehouse where they discover the businessman's daughter. However, they are immediately surrounded by other members of the Guild. The episode ends with a cliffhanger as the agency is faced with another dangerous battle.
