Celebrity Eggheads Season 7 Episode 6 Episode 6

Celebrity Eggheads is a British quiz show, featuring celebrity contestants competing against a team of quizmasters known as the Eggheads. In season 7, episode 6, the Eggheads - Kevin, Pat, Barry, Dave and Lisa - are up against a brand-new set of celebrity contestants.

The episode kicks off with the introduction of the celebrity team, which includes TV presenter Judi Love, comedian Tom Allen, former England footballer Danny Mills, actress Shobna Gulati and Olympic swimmer Steve Parry. As usual, the celebrities are full of nerves and excitement as they prepare to take on the Eggheads.

Host Jeremy Vine welcomes the teams and explains the rules of the game. In each round, the celebrity team chooses a specialist subject and one of the Eggheads has to answer a question on that subject. If the celebrity answers correctly, they win a point. If the Egghead answers correctly, however, the point goes to the Eggheads.

In round one, Judi Love takes on Kevin on the subject of 90's music. The contestants are asked a range of questions from the era, ranging from the Britpop movement to the Spice Girls. Judi starts off strong, but Kevin quickly shows his expertise in the subject and gains the point for the Eggheads.

Round two sees Tom Allen take on Pat on the subject of the American Civil War. Tom struggles a bit with the subject matter, but manages to answer a couple of questions correctly. Pat, however, is a seasoned quizmaster and manages to answer most of the questions with ease, securing another point for the Eggheads.

Next up is Danny Mills, who chooses his specialist subject as the England football team in the 2000s. Danny proves to be a formidable opponent, answering most of the questions correctly and scoring the first point for the celebrity team.

In round four, Shobna Gulati takes on Barry on the subject of the history of India. This proves to be one of the closest rounds of the episode, with both contestants answering a range of questions about Indian history and culture. In the end, it's Barry who clinches the point for the Eggheads.

The final round sees Steve Parry take on Lisa on the subject of film and television involving water sports. Steve clearly has a passion for the subject and answers most of the questions correctly. Lisa struggles a bit, but manages to answer a couple of questions correctly as well. In the end, however, it's Steve who earns the final point for the celebrity team, bringing their total to two points.

Despite the celebrities' valiant effort, however, the Eggheads come out on top in this episode, with a final score of three points to two. As always, the contestants all leave with smiles on their faces, having had a fun and challenging experience on the show.
