Dollface season 2 episode 2 is titled "Right-Hand Woman" and picks up where the previous episode left off with Jules finding out that her ex-boyfriend, Jeremy, is engaged to a woman named Aimee. This news takes her by surprise and leaves her feeling a little lost, but she decides to lean on her friends for support. The episode centers around the four friends as they navigate their own personal challenges and learn how to rely on one another during trying times.

One of the main storylines in this episode focuses on Stella, who has recently started a new job as a personal assistant to a high-powered executive named Simone. While Stella is initially excited about the new opportunity, she quickly realizes that being an assistant is not as glamorous as she thought it would be. Simone is demanding, difficult to please, and expects perfection in everything that Stella does. Despite her best efforts, Stella finds it hard to keep up with Simone's demands and starts to feel like she's not cut out for the job.

However, her friends encourage her to stick with it and remind her that she's a hard worker who's capable of anything she puts her mind to. With their support and guidance, Stella starts to develop a new approach to the job and finds ways to make Simone happy while also taking care of herself. By the end of the episode, Stella realizes that being a personal assistant isn't her dream job, but it's a stepping stone to something greater. She's determined to keep pushing herself and pursuing her goals, even if it means taking on jobs that are less than ideal in the meantime.

Meanwhile, Jules is grappling with her feelings towards Jeremy and what his engagement means for her. She's torn between wanting to move on and feeling hurt that he's moved on without her. She seeks advice from her friends, who remind her that she deserves to be with someone who truly loves and respects her. They encourage her to focus on herself and figure out what she truly wants out of life, rather than fixating on her past relationship with Jeremy.

Elsewhere, Madison is dealing with a difficult client at work who's making unreasonable demands and causing her stress. She's struggling to balance work and her personal life, which causes tension with her boyfriend. However, she learns to prioritize her own needs and communicate with her boyfriend in a healthier way. In doing so, she comes to a better understanding of herself and what she wants out of the relationship.

Lastly, Izzy is still dealing with the aftermath of her hookup with her boss, who's married. She's feeling guilty and unsure of how to proceed, especially since her boss keeps trying to initiate contact with her. She seeks advice from her friends, who encourage her to stay true to herself and stand up for what's right. By the end of the episode, Izzy decides to put a stop to her boss's advances and stands up for herself in the workplace.

Overall, "Right-Hand Woman" is a heartfelt episode that delves into the challenges of pursuing one's dreams while also navigating personal relationships and unexpected obstacles. The themes of self-care, resilience, and friendship are woven throughout the storylines, reminding us that no matter how tough things get, we can always rely on those who love and support us to help us through.
