# Watch Geometry

This course is an introduction to the elements of geometry, including points, lines, planes, and angles. These elements are used in conjunction with triangles, polygonal and circular figures in both two and three dimensional configurations. This course is intended for students who have not had or completed two semesters of high school geometry or who need a refresher prior to taking trigonometry.

Geometry is a series that is currently running and has 1 seasons (35 episodes). The series first aired on November 22, 2011.

Geometry is available for streaming on the Math Fortress website, both individual episodes and full seasons. You can also watch Geometry on demand at Amazon Prime online.

## Geometry Full Episode Guide

• In this final video on division of segments and angles we will go over 2 challenging examples involving angle bisectors and angle trisectors.

• In this video we will go over 3 slightly more challenging examples involving angle bisectors and angle trisectors.

• In this video we will start going over examples that involve adjacent angles, angle bisectors and angle trisectors.

• In this video we will go over more challenging examples involving midpoints and segment bisectors.

• In this video we will go over 5 intermediate examples involving midpoints, bisectors and trisectors.

• In this video we will go over 9 basic examples involving division of segments.

• In this video we will apply the concepts learned from the previous video to solve 6 basic problems related with division of segments and angles.

• In this video we will go over how to identify midpoints, bisectors of segments, trisection points, trisectors of segments, adjacent angles, angle bisectors and angle trisectors.

• In this video we go over 3 examples that illustrates how to use previously proven theorems, assumptions, properties of real numbers, variables, and operations as a reason in a proof.

• In this video we will present and prove our first two theorems in geometry. Right angles theorem and Straight angles theorem.

• In this video we will learn how to write simple two-column proofs. We will first cover algebraic proofs, then we will go over the elements of an axiomatic system, the video ends with an introduction to geometric proofs.
