Mu Chul files charges against Jin Tae as an accomplice in order to catch Gyu Tae. Enraged, Gyu Tae lashes out at Mu Chul for going after his family. Mu Chul presses Gyu Tae to meet him if he wants to save Jin Tae. Gyu Tae goes to Geum Ok's house instead and urges everyone to leave the country with him. Meanwhile, Dae Sik quietly begins putting his affairs in order without telling his family about his cancer.
