The episode begins with Hank's best friend, Frankie, revealing that he is a talented singer and will be performing at the open day.

Meanwhile, Hank is worried because he has been tasked with giving a speech about the school to the prospective parents who will be visiting on open day. Despite his dyslexia, Hank is determined to write a great speech that will impress the parents and get more students to enroll in the school.

As the day of the open day arrives, Hank's nerves start to get the better of him, but he is determined to make a good impression. He practices his speech over and over again until he has it memorized, and then goes around the school with his friends to show the parents all the different activities and clubs that the school has to offer.

Throughout the day, there are a few mishaps and problems that arise, but Hank and his friends always manage to find a way to fix them. For example, one of the classrooms floods, but Hank and Frankie quickly find a way to stop the leak and clean up the mess. Another time, Hank accidentally spills a bucket of paint on the floor, but he manages to clean it up before anyone notices.

As the day goes on, Hank starts to feel more confident and excited about his speech. When it finally comes time for him to speak in front of the prospective parents, he nails it. He gives a heartfelt and inspiring speech about how terrific Westbrook Academy is and how it has helped him overcome his dyslexia. The parents are impressed and Hank feels like a hero.

At the end of the episode, the parents are all leaving and Hank and his friends are saying goodbye to them. As they are walking away, one of the parents stops Hank and tells him that they were not planning on enrolling their child at Westbrook Academy due to their child's dyslexia, but after hearing Hank's speech, they have changed their minds. Hank is thrilled and knows that he has made a real difference in someone's life.
