Without her, Byron's wildlife sanctuary is at risk of losing funding, and the poachers who stole her aim to sell her for a hefty sum of money.

The Bennett-Blatt family decides to help Byron, but they must find Gladys before it's too late. They meet with a local guide who helps them navigate their way into the heart of the jungle. As they trek through the dense forest, the Bennett-Blatt family comes across various indigenous animals such as tarantulas, snakes, and giant beetles. Meanwhile, Blair is determined to capture the perfect picture for her dream publication, but as she struggles to do so, the family they get into hilarious situations.

After a series of misadventures, the family finally catches up with the poachers who took Gladys. They come up with a plan to sneak into their hideout and rescue Gladys. With the help of a friendly tribesman, the Bennett-Blatt family manages to sneak in successfully.

When they find Gladys, they realize that they have a significant problem. The poachers have made her docile by feeding her irresistible treats, and she won't move. Owen comes up with a hilarious idea to get Gladys to move by tempting her with Blair's hair extensions. After an intense escape from the poachers' hideout, the family manages to save Gladys and return her to Byron's wildlife sanctuary.
