Lyndey Milan's Food & Lifestyle is an Australian television program that celebrates food and good living. In season two's episode one, titled "Byron or Bust," Lyndey Milan takes viewers on a road trip to one of Australia's most beautiful coastal towns, Byron Bay.

The episode begins with Lyndey setting out on the open road. She's joined by her friend, Peter Moore, who navigates, and their first stop is at Cudgegong Honey, to pick up some delicious local honey. Lyndey explains that Byron Bay is a haven for foodies, and you can find some of the best and freshest produce in Australia there. The first dish she plans to cook on the show is Sticky Honey Prawns, using the honey they just purchased.

As they get closer to Byron Bay, Lyndey and Peter stop at an avocado farm where they pick out some perfectly ripe avocados. Lyndey insists that avocados are a staple in Byron Bay because they grow so well there and that means you can get the freshest guacamole. She then heads to Byron Bay's Farmers Market to stock up on more local produce and to meet the farmers who grow them.

Arriving at their destination, Lyndey checks into the Byron Beach Hotel, her home base for the trip, before exploring the town. She talks about the importance of supporting local businesses, as well as her love for the relaxed coastal vibe of the town.

Next, Lyndey visits the local brewer, Stone & Wood, to learn about their brewing process and taste some of their beer. She explains how craft beer has become increasingly popular in Australia and that there are many small breweries popping up all around the country, including in Byron Bay.

Following the brewery tour, Lyndey and Peter hit the beach for a paddleboarding lesson. After burning some calories, they visit a local fishmonger to pick up some freshly caught fish for dinner. Lyndey explains that seafood is a big part of the local cuisine in Byron Bay because of its proximity to the ocean.

Back at the hotel, Lyndey cooks up a feast for some of her friends. She starts by making the Sticky Honey Prawns and Guacamole, then moves on to cooking the fish two ways - one grilled and one fried. She serves them with a refreshing Watermelon Salad, showcasing the summer fruits that are in season. For dessert, she makes a White Chocolate and Passionfruit Cheesecake.

Throughout the episode, Lyndey shares her love of good food and her passion for supporting local businesses. It's a fun-filled episode that inspires viewers to get out and explore Australia's beautiful coastal regions and to experience the delicious food they have to offer.
