Watch Mad Scientists Consortium

Dr. Dorman Vincent works at an office temp job for extra cash while he and his cohorts plot for regional domination. When Dr. Vincent's office supervisor Jimmy is troubled by an intimidating noisy neighbor, Jimmy hires the Consortium to remedy the issue. The Consortium employs their insane methods to get rid of the noise disturbance for good.
