In this episode of Numberjacks, titled "Being 3," the Numberjacks are faced with a tricky problem as they try to figure out why some numbers are disappearing. They soon discover that there is a Numberjack who has decided to leave their group - the Number Three.
The Numberjacks set out to find Three, but soon realize that they need to understand why Three wants to leave before they can convince them to stay. As they explore the problem, they discover that Three is feeling left out and unimportant because they are always in the middle, not the first or last number.
The other Numberjacks try to show Three how important their position in the middle is, but Three is unconvinced. In an effort to feel more valuable, Three decides to join a group of other threes who are all disappearing at the same time.
The Numberjacks must work quickly to save Three and the other threes from disappearing for good. With the help of the Shape Japer, they come up with a plan to use the power of being together to save Three and the other threes.
Through their teamwork and understanding of each other's strengths, the Numberjacks are able to bring Three back to their group and show them just how important they really are. In the end, Three realizes that being in the middle is actually a pretty special place to be.
The episode ends with a message about the power of teamwork and the importance of accepting and valuing each other's differences. It's a heartwarming and educational episode that is sure to delight fans of Numberjacks.
