Back at the Shelby headquarters, we see Arthur and John Shelby discussing business with another gang leader, Billy Kimber. Kimber is interested in expanding his business into Birmingham, but Arthur and John are hesitant to commit to a partnership. Tommy arrives and tells them that he has made a deal with Alfie Solomons, and that the Peaky Blinders are no longer interested in working with Kimber.

As the episode progresses, tensions continue to rise between the various gangs. Tommy is still dealing with the fallout from his deal with Solomons, and there is a sense of unease in the air. The episode ends with a dramatic twist that sets the stage for the rest of the season.
