Really Dough? Full Episode Guide

  • Mark and Scott are back on the road and of course they have to make a pitstop in New Haven, Connecticut, the birthplace of apizza. A typical apizza is made with a thin crust, oregano, and tomato sauce, then sprinkled with pecorino romano cheese. After Mark tries to take the driver's seat on picking out what pizzeria they'll visit, they inevitably go to Scott's choice, Zuppardi's Apizza.

  • After a good night's sleep at a hotel, Mark heads to pick up some donuts and coffee for breakfast in a great mood. But when he spots something special on the menu, he realizes he has to get Scott over there immediately!

  • After settling back into the road trip, Mark is ready to hit the road with Scott again. But that doesn't mean he has to stop giving Scott a hard time! Once Mark gets some good digs in, they decide to switch it up and get hot dogs at Spike's Junkyard Dogs in Allston, Massachusetts.

  • After a lengthy conversation with the mechanic about pizza, the tire is back on Scott's pizza-mobile and now, Mark is really ready to get back on the road.

  • After spending the night at Chez Boloney, Scott is ready for more pizza and Mark is ready to get back to Lucali. Missing a busy Saturday night at his restaurant has Mark on edge, but he still needs to eat something before the drive back to Brooklyn.

  • Before day one of their road trip ends, Mark and Scott make room for one more crazy pizza concoction. For their final slice of the day, Scott and Mark make a stop in Scott's native New Jersey to visit the oldest family owned pizzeria in the United States, Papa's Tomato Pie.

  • Mark and Scott are back, but this time, the guys are taking their pizza knowledge on the road! The infamous duo are kicking off their road trip at Joe Squared Pizza in Maryland to catch up with Scott's friend Chef Joe Edwardsen and get a taste of his crab pizza.

  • On the season finale of "Really Dough?" Mark leaves Brooklyn! It's a miracle! Mark and Scott hop into Scott's pizza-mobile and head out on the road to Hoboken, New Jersey, to check out an extremely expensive pizza made specially for them at Tony Boloney's. Will Mark think it's a pizza?

  • So on this week's episode, Scott ventures to the Lower East Side to taste a meatball trapizzino with Stefano Callegari at Trapizzino. He may even bring a trapizzino back for Mark to try. But will this trapizzino push Mark too far? Does Scott even think this is pizza? Will Mark kick Scott out?

  • So where does wood fired pizza fit into the equation? Especially a wood fired pizza topped with ricotta and mezcal cured gravlax and capers? On this episode of Really Dough? Scott and Mark are trying the Gravlax Pizza from Speedy Romeo in the Lower East Side.

  • Scott's got pizza on the brain. In fact, there's little else he thinks about. So when Scott heard about a pizza made from a kimchi batter, his second thought after "Woah! I've got to try that!" was "I should share a slice of that with Mark." But where does this kimchi pizza fit within Mark Iacono's rigid pizza rules of sauce, cheese, and dough?

  • What started as a health-blogger trend, has now taken over pizzerias from coast-to-coast. Cauliflower-crust has become the go-to low-carb and gluten-free alternative to standard pizza dough. But does this pizza dough alternative fit within Mark Iacono's rigid pizza rules of sauce, cheese, and dough?

  • Mark Iacono has very specific rules on what makes a pizza. Sauce, cheese and dough. That's it. So where does pizza with vegan cheese and vegan sausage fit into the equation? On this week's episode, Scott stops by Paulie Gee's Slice Shop to pick up a vegan Sicilian pizza for Mark to taste. Will Mark call it a pizza? Will Mark kick Scott out of his restaurant again?

  • There are dozens and dozens of pizza shops in the city of Hoboken. But only one that has dared to do what few have done before: top a pizza with raw fish. Traditional Hawaiian poke no less. So on this episode of "Really Dough?" Scott and Mark are dipping their toes into the world of poke pizza with a pie from Makai Poke Co. in Hoboken, NJ. Will Mark call it a pizza? Will Mark kick Scott out?

  • It's one of the oldest debates. Is Chicago deep dish really a pizza? Some call it a casserole, other's an abomination. So on this episode of Really Dough? Scott and Mark are tackling the great debate with a classic Chicago deep dish pie from Emmett's in Manhattan. Will Mark call it a pizza? Will Mark kick Scott out?
