Ep 1. 1912 Transitional Victorian

Restored is a popular home renovation show, where houses with historical significance or timeless charm are made new once again, with the help of expert restorer, Brett Waterman. In season 5, episode 1, Brett takes on the challenge of restoring a beautiful 1912 Transitional Victorian home.

The 1912 Transitional Victorian home is a charming old house with unique architectural details and an interesting backstory. It was originally built for a wealthy fruit exporter in Redlands, California, but the house has fallen into a state of complete disrepair over the years, with many of its original features stripped away or left to rot.

He decides to create a custom island that features a sink and storage space, as well as a built-in refrigerator that looks like a vintage icebox.

In the end, Brett's hard work pays off, as the house is transformed into a stunning example of early 20th century architecture. The homeowners are thrilled with the result and can't believe how much Brett was able to accomplish in just a few short months.
