They spot a tiny moving house and decide to investigate. Scout notices that there are sketch papers scattered around the garden and they try to piece them together to solve a mystery.
As they explore the garden, they find different elements that help them solve the mystery. They find a soft rock that makes a funny noise when they hit it with another rock. They discover that the tiny moving house belongs to a snail and they observe how it moves. They also walk upside down under a tree to get a different perspective.
Along the way, they also encounter different animals such as butterflies, ants, and ladybugs. They observe them without disturbing their habitat and Scout teaches her friends to respect nature.
As they collect the sketch papers, they start to piece together different pieces of the mystery. They realize that the sketches belong to a bird who is trying to build a nest but can't find the right materials. They discover that there is a flying raincoat that is caught in a tree and use it to help the bird finish its nest.
The episode ends with Scout and her Gumboot Kids solving the mystery and helping the bird build a cozy nest. They reflect on the importance of being observant and how important it is to help others.
