Admiral Gabriziel makes a visit to the Supertots ship. The Supertots are eager to please the Admiral so that they can be promoted. And the Admiral is eager to see the Supertots progress, however the ship is suddenly threatened by the presence of a swarm of energy draining Cymouse.

22. Trouble with P'Tai Part 2

Sasha sneaks onto the ship a little pet called the P'tai. But the P'Tai starts to replicate and before long, the whole ship is filled with P'Tais. The P'Tais are also feeding on the ship's metal part. The Supertots have to find a way to relocate the P'Tais off the ship without harming them, before the whole ship is consumed.

20. Pollution Planet Part 2

The Supertots follow a trail of space trash to a primitive planet. To their surprise, the planet now has electricity coming from a nasty looking power plant that spews pollution and drains their water. The Supertots have to figure out how to stop the power plant when it transforms into a tree eating robot and threatens the local aliens.

18. Intruder Part 2

The Supertots are trapped in an asteroid field by Zeeboz. But the situation gets more tense when an unknown figure shows up on the ship and the Supertots team are taken out one by one, leaving Captain Danny to confront the intruder who looks uncannily like him!

The Supertots are running experiments near the Ghost Nebula when they detect strange readings on their monitors. The next day, Alan, Flo and Mr. Bear find the rest of the crew missing. They have to race against time to find out what has happened. But a ghastly figure starts to appear on the ship.

A large, moon sized cylinder has been spotted in the Alpha Quadrant and whole planets of aliens are disappearing. The Supertots are sent to investigate and are able to get inside the giant cylinder, and what they find is totally unexpected.

11. Magicbot Rescue Part 1

Magicbot, the galaxy's most popular online game, suddenly stops working. Billions of players are suddenly shut out of their online avatars. The Supertots are sent to investigate by transporting into the computer core and find that Zeeboz has taken over the game universe. The Supertots have to figure out a plan to retake the game before the computer shuts down its core.

9. Rowitz the Robot Wizard Part 1

Confusion at a galactic shopping bazaar puts Blinq on Zeeboz's ship and a Blinq lookalike on the Supertots ship. He turns out to be Blinq's long lost twin brother who is also a genius robot designer. But things start to unravel when the Supertots discover that he works for Zeeboz.

Captain Danny keeps making fun of Sasha who is fond of making friends on Spacebook, the Galaxy's most popular social network. Sasha wishes that Danny could feel what she feels being made fun of. Waking up one day, both of them find that they have switched bodies!

6. Back to Nature Part 2

After a long period of non-stop missions, the Supertots are starting to get edgy. Atoq suggests a vacation on the Planet Koota Barruu. Unbeknownst to them, a space anomaly near the planet disables all their powers and equipment. And worse, an alien beast is lurking in the woods.

4. Task of Doom Part 2

After ejecting their bubble fuel cell to disable Zeeboz drone ships, the Supertots have to find a new energy source for their ship. Landing on the Planet Udma 7, they are asked by the alien Elders to complete five dangerous tasks in order to receive the new energy source.

2. Frozen Planet Part 2

January 1, 2011

The Supertots stumble upon a space probe which leads them on a rescue mission to save the Planet Dax from Zeeboz's freeze ray. But the Supertots have to learn to work as a team before the planet turns into the galaxy's largest ice-cube.
