The gang is bored hanging in the basement, so Randy spices things up by taking everyone out to the local burger joint. But after the grumpy owner causes them grief, Randy seeks revenge by stealing the restaurant's mascot, Fatso the Clown. His idea is a hit until the stolen clown stunt turns into a circus act for the gang.
