Professional badboy and ladies' man Marty Willis is not an average guy. His looks, confidence, and ability to solve problems has led to Marty acquiring a life of luxury. It is widely known by the townspeople that "The Rascal," as they call him, cannot be tamed, but when a beautiful young woman comes along who doesn't seem to notice Marty, things begin to change.

In desperation, Marty asks her out on a date time and time again, never giving up hope that she might accept him. When she finally tells him why she said no, he begins to question whether he is on the right path.
