Ep 8. When You Witch Upon a Star

In the eighth episode of season one of The 13 Ghosts Of Scooby-Doo titled When You Witch Upon a Star, Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Flim-Flam, and Scrappy-Doo stumble upon a planetarium on their journey to find the next ghost. There, they meet a woman named Zara who works there and owns a magical telescope that can capture stars. However, they soon learn that Zara is a witch who is in desperate need of their help.

Zara reveals that she accidentally imprisoned a good witch named Celeste in her telescope by mistake, mistaking her for a bad witch. Celeste had been trying to stop the evil witch named Raquel, who had been using Zara's telescope to capture good stars to weaken Celeste and eventually kill her. Zara pleads with the gang to help her release Celeste from the magical telescope and defeat Raquel once and for all.

Scooby and the gang agree to help and set off to find Raquel. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and are constantly chased by Raquel's henchmen. They eventually come face to face with Raquel herself and engage in a battle to retrieve the stolen stars and release Celeste from the telescope.

During the fight, Raquel and her henchmen use their powers to conjure up various monsters and magical creatures in an attempt to defeat the gang. However, through quick thinking and team effort, Scooby and his friends manage to defeat Raquel and free Celeste from the magical telescope.

After defeating Raquel, Zara thanks the gang for their help and promises to use her magical telescope only for good in the future. The gang continues their journey to find and capture the next ghost, satisfied with their victory over evil and the rescue of Celeste. With a mix of action, adventure, and magic, When You Witch Upon a Star is a thrilling and exciting episode of The 13 Ghosts Of Scooby-Doo.
