The Blessed Girl follows the story of a young woman named Xia Linxi who was born blessed and seemingly has everything she needs in life. However, after a traumatic event in her childhood, she decides to dedicate her life to helping others and gives up her wealth and material possessions.

In the first episode, we see Xia Linxi volunteering at a hospital where she meets a young man named Tong Xiaoyou who is suffering from liver disease. Despite the initial discomfort and reluctance of Tong Xiaoyou, Xia Linxi is persistent in helping him and eventually gains his trust.
