They choose a category from a list of four, and then secretly selects the prize money for that round, which can range from $0 to $10,000. The other contestants then bet on how much the hustler will earn in that category. If the hustler earns less than the lowest bet, they are eliminated. If they earn more than the highest bet, they get to choose one of the remaining players to go home.

The final round, "The Final Hustle," puts the hustler on the spot as they try to answer a series of rapid-fire questions correctly. The other players have to correctly guess whether the hustle knows the answers or not. If they guess right, they earn money. If they guess wrong, the hustler earns money. The player with the most money at the end of the round wins the game and the $100,000 grand prize.
