Mizuho shows the manga she'd been working on to Wakui, her editor, but he notes that it "lacks realism," which makes Mizuho burst into tears. Without thinking, Wakui kisses Mizuho on the spot. Rio is being hit on by a younger nurse, Atsuto Izumi (23). She tells him that he is annoying and that she doesn't want his attention.
